Join us at our studio in Brewerytown for a variety of boot camp style classes which incorporate strength training with weights, rowing machines, resistance bands, flexibility, and high intensity interval training!

Fit Upper – Dynamic workouts focusing on strength, power, and explosiveness for upper body muscle groups. 60 mins
Fit Lower - Dynamic workouts focusing on strength, power, and explosiveness for lower body muscle groups. 60 mins
Fit Shred – Challenging workouts focused on total body endurance, stamina, HIIT, constant heart rate elevation, and minimal recovery periods. 60 mins
Fit Core – Challenging workouts focusing on core strengthening, core endurance, and conditioning. 60 mins
Fit Express - Challenging midday workouts focused on total body endurance, stamina, HIIT, constant heart rate elevation, and minimal recovery periods. 30-45 mins

Outdoor
Group sessions taking place at Pod Park and the Philadelphia Art Museum and other scenic locations around Philadelphia. Join us for high energy sports driven exercise, full body plyometrics, resistance training, cardio, core work, and high intensity interval training. Work hard and reap the rewards of burning over 800 calories during the cities most notorious outdoor boot camp.

Free Fit Academy - Throughout the year we hold Free Boot Camp Sessions around the city of Philadelphia and at our studios which draw in over 100 participants! After the workout join us for a happy hour and networking at a local watering hole. 60 mins.
