Free Fit Academy - One time per month we hold a Free Boot Camp Session at the Philadelphia Museum of Art which draws in over 100 participants! After the workout join us for a happy hour and networking at a local watering hole. 60 mins. 

Fit Five - Engaging 5k group runs featuring dynamic movement,  resistance bands, and plyometrics, while jamming out to top hits. Be ready to take on anything that the city of Philadelphia throws at us! Class occurs 2-4 times per month. 60 mins

The Fit Combine- One time per month we hold a fitness test geared to help you benchmark your fitness progress. Test, record, and break your limits! 60 mins

Items needed for Outdoor Boot Camps:

  • Great attitude and open mind! 

Indoor:

 Join us at the brand NEW FIT ACADEMY STUDIO for a variety of feature boot camp style classes which incorporate strength training with weights, rowing machines, resistance bands, flexibility, and high intensity interval training!

Feature classes:

Fit Upper – Dynamic workouts focusing on strength, power and explosiveness for upper body muscle groups. 60 mins

Fit Lower - Dynamic workouts focusing on strength, power and explosiveness for lower body muscle groups. 60 mins

Fit Shred – Challenging workouts focused on total body endurance, stamina, HIIT, constant heart rate elevation, and minimal recovery periods. 60 mins

Fit Core – Challenging workouts focusing on core strengthening, core endurance and conditioning. 60 mins

Fit Total – Complete total body workout with a combination of power, endurance, speed, agility, and HIIT. 60 mins

OPEN GYM 

At Fit Academy we want our members to make this studio their second home. For this reason we allow members and clients with packages to utilize our facility during non peak hours  (8am-5pm subject to change based on availability). So take advantage of this perk, come in and put in some extra work!
