Online Coaching and Program Development

Connect with one of our certified trainers to help you develop a custom fitness and basic nutritional program to help you meet and exceed your goals. Coaching is completely virtual and we utilize aps like Google Hangouts or Skype, and online training platforms to help communicate, motivate, and facilitate our coaching sessions and programs.

Open Gym 

At Fit Academy we want our members to make this studio their second home. For this reason we allow members and clients with packages to utilize our facility during non peak hours  (8am-5pm subject to change based on availability). So take advantage of this perk, come in and put in some extra work!
