Sign In Policy

In order to improve our clients fitness experiences at Fit Academy we now have a 1 hour sign in window for our sessions. The ability to sign in for a class will close 1 hour before the class begins. Please make sure to pre-schedule the classes you will be attending through out the week. Drop ins will still be accepted at the front desk prior to class but are subject to class size and availability. 

Cancelation Policy

We understand that sometimes life happens and you have to cancel an appointment. As our clients, we hope that you understand that our schedules are tight and as they say, “time is money.” We have a very fair cancellation policy that allows the client to give proper notice and not be penalized for the cancellation. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please change it using the mind body application, call us at (267) 225-7064, or email info@fitacademyphl.com.

Please read the following cancellation policy carefully:

Group Training Classes

  1. Clients must cancel a class with at least 1 hour notice.

  2. All class cancellations must be done online or you must contact us to notify us of the cancellation.

  3. Due to smaller class size, no-shows will incur a $15 fee.

Personal Training/ Semi Private Training

  1. Client must notify the trainer no less than 24 hours before the training session if the session must be cancelled / rescheduled. If the trainer is not notified of the cancellation then the session will be forfeited and the client charged.

  2. There will be a $25 no show fee for all PT sessions booked and confirmed but the client does not show or notify the trainer in advance. 

  3. Client can only incur 3 no shows during a 3 month period. This is important because this is an investment of time for both the trainer and the client.

  4. Emergency situations will be determined on a case by case basis by management.

Refund Policy

Make Progress….Not Excuses. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our discretion. 

FEEs

Fit Academy Cancelation Policy

All contracts are month to month and billed on a 28 day cycle for Fit Academy.

Gold Membership - $100 fee to cancel a month to month contract immediately. No advance notice needed. OR 30 day advance notice. Free to cancel contract directly after an intro offer with no fee.

Personal Training Auto Bill Contract Termination Fee - $100 or 30 day notice

Accountability and nutrition termination fee - $100 or 30 day notice

Contract Suspension Fee - $25

Fit Academy does not guarantee specific results and results may vary by client.
